Selected Service Clause Samples

The 'Selected Service' clause defines which specific services are being provided under the agreement. It typically lists or references the particular tasks, deliverables, or service categories that the provider is obligated to perform for the client. For example, it may specify consulting, maintenance, or software development as the chosen services, distinguishing them from other offerings that are not included. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the scope of work, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes about what is covered by the contract.
