All terms and definitions used in this Sub-License Agreement, unless otherwise indicated, have the same meanings and definitions as in the License Agreement.
The Term of this Sub-License Agreement automatically terminates, without Notice, if the Term of the License Agreement terminates for any reason.
Provided that any such marketing and/ or Sub-Licensing shall only be undertaken in respect of such designated areas, as set forth in Schedule 6 (Designated Areas for Sub-License), and shall not exceed the total Licensable Station Area.
