Sub-Licensee definition

Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.
Sub-Licensee means any person who is granted: (i) a sub-licence in accordance with Clause 2.3 in respect of the rights granted under this Agreement (and any further tiers of sub-licence there under); and/or (ii) a licence by the Company (whether under the Company Intellectual Property or otherwise) to sell Licensed Products anywhere in the Territory, but shall not mean distributors, wholesalers, and sales agents.
Sub-Licensee means a sub-licensee, other than an Affiliate, who has a valid and subsisting licence granted to it by Licensee for the exploitation of the Licensed Product. For the avoidance of doubt, Sub-Licensee shall not be an Affiliate of Licensee.

Examples of Sub-Licensee in a sentence

  • The Sub- Licensee shall not have any independent right over the Licensed premises.

  • Royalty Fee專利費The Sub-Licensee shall pay royalty to the Licensee for the Relevant Product, which royalty shall be equivalent to 5% of the sale price of the Relevant Product sold by the Sub- Licensee (the “Royalty”).

  • It is clarified further that the Sub- Licensee shall only be entitled to such of those rights that are granted to the Licensee.

  • Sub-Licensee shall be jointly and severally liable for the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement by the Sub-Licensee, including the Internal Users of the Sub- Licensee.
