Employee or Employees means any person employed in a position which falls within the bargaining unit.

In the event an Employee or Employees are selected by the Michigan Education Association to perform Union business or attend Union meetings or institutes which necessitate a leave of absence, he/she shall be granted such leave of absence without pay or loss of seniority for a period of up to two (2) years.

Employee or Employees means and refer to any full-time permanent employee filling any position covered by, and holding seniority rights under the terms of this Agreement.

The provisions that apply under this Part 12 of Appendix 2 operate in lieu of any entitlements: under the stand-by and recall to work provisions of the Agreement; and the overtime provisions of the Agreement, only to the extent of the operation of clause 107.2(a).
Employee or Employees is used herein it shall be construed to mean employees covered by this Agreement.
