Employee or Employees definition

Employee or Employees means any person employed in a position which falls within the bargaining unit.
Employee or Employees means such person or persons in direct employment under the Insured in the Business but shall not include any person employed under a Contractor or Sub-Contractor of the Insured unless specifically shown as covered in the Policy Schedule and by an endorsement.
Employee or Employees means a person or persons to which the terms of this Agreement apply as indicated in Article 3.

Employee or Employees means and refer to any full-time permanent employee filling any position covered by, and holding seniority rights under the terms of this Agreement.

The provisions that apply under this Part 12 of Appendix 2 operate in lieu of any entitlements: under the stand-by and recall to work provisions of the Agreement; and the overtime provisions of the Agreement, only to the extent of the operation of clause 107.2(a).
Employee or Employees is used herein it shall be construed to mean employees covered by this Agreement.
