Company Employees definition

Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

Company Employees means the officers and employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Company Employees in a sentence

• Except as set forth in Part 2.15(c) of the Disclosure Schedule, the employment or engagement of each of the current Company Employees is terminable by an Acquired Company at will and with no requirement for advance notice.
