Defects Period means a period of 12 months after the date on which Practical Completion of the Works and/or Services and/or delivery of the Goods occurs (as applicable), unless stated otherwise in the Purchase Order.
Defects Period means the period specified in the Subcontract Order and if not specifically specified stated, it is deemed to be for a period of 12 months from the date of the completion of any works;

The Employer’s Representative is required, by the Main Contract, to issue the Defects Certificate within 20 working days of the end of the Defects Period (which may have been extended in accordance with clause 8.6 (“Defects Period”) of the Main Contract).
