Delivery Times. Deliveries to the City Warehouse or other designated City Buildings or Facilities will be accepted during normal working hours, i.e. 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday unless other arrangements have been made. Deliveries being made directly to City work sites should be coordinated with the City employee responsible for the work being performed at that site.
Delivery Times. Unless Saint Luke’s specifies otherwise in a Purchase Order, all Products must be delivered to Saint Luke’s no later than 7 business days after Company’s receipt of the Purchase Order. If Company anticipates that it will not be able to deliver any particular Product ordered by the stated delivery date, Company shall immediately notify Saint Luke’s and work with Saint Luke’s to resolve the supply issue to the parties’ mutual satisfaction. If Company is unable to ship a Product within the time periods specified in this Agreement or the applicable Purchase Order, and the parties are unable to resolve the supply issue to their mutual satisfaction, Saint Luke’s shall, in addition to any other rights and remedies available under this Agreement or at law, have the right to either cancel the Purchase Order without penalty, in whole or in part, or to accept alternative delivery dates.
Delivery Times. The delivery times are given by the company LABORATOIRES XXXXXXX only as an indication and indicative; they depend in particular on the order of arrival of the orders, the logistic time of reference in the profession, the manufacturing time of the ordered products and the availability of the ordered products. The company LABORATOIRES XXXXXXX is authorized to carry out deliveries in a total or partial way. The company LABORATOIRES XXXXXXX endeavours to respect the delivery periods which it indicates according to its possibilities of supply in components, energies or others near its suppliers, of the availability of the carriers, the respect by the professional purchaser of the conditions of payment and payment of the instalments, the absence of case of absolute necessity. Delays in delivery shall not give rise to any penalty or compensation, nor shall they motivate the cancellation of the order. However, if 8 (eight) weeks after the indicative date of delivery initially envisaged, the product was not delivered for any other cause than a case of absolute necessity or in the event of delay or suspension of the delivery ascribable to the professional purchaser, the sale could then be cancelled as of right with the request of one or the other of the parts, without letter of preliminary setting in residence and without restitution. The early termination will take effect on the date of receipt or, in the absence of receipt, on the date of first presentation of the registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt notifying the decision to terminate, without either party being able to claim any compensation for this fact alone, the penalty clauses appearing on the commercial documents of the professional purchaser being unenforceable against the company LABORATOIRES XXXXXXX.
Delivery Times. Deliveries shall not be made after 4.30 pm unless with special permission by the Chief Executive Officer, Supply Chain Management, or any officer authorized person(s).

Delivery Times. 10.1 Unless otherwise stated in the Order, all dates or other times for delivery of the Product stated in the Order are estimates only, except the Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to make delivery no later than the date or time stated, and in default of a date or time stated in the Order, the Product shall be delivered within a reasonable time after the date of the Order, time for which is not of the essence.
Delivery Times. Sellers must deliver work within the delivery times agreed with the buyer. Failure to do so will mean sellers rankings will be penalised for late delivery. If a seller is unable to complete the project or task for unavoidable reasons within the time previously agreed, the seller must inform the buyer immediately and provide a revised delivery date. Failing to deliver the work within the agreed timescales or repeatedly revising previously agreed deadlines may mean the buyer requests cancellation of the project or task. The buyer will be entitled to a refund of any funds in the escrow account. Sellers must complete the project and buyers agree to pay for the work delivered.
