Cure Period definition

Cure Period means the period specified in this Agreement for curing any breach or default of any provision of this Agreement by the Party responsible for such breach or default and shall:

Examples of Cure Period in a sentence

• If at any time an Event of Default with respect to a Party (the “Defaulting Party”) has occurred and is then continuing, after giving effect to the applicable Cure Period, the other Party (the “Non-Defaulting Party”) may, by not more than twenty (20) days’ notice to the Defaulting Party specifying the relevant Event of Default, designate a day not earlier than the day such notice is effective as an Early Termination Date in respect of this Agreement.

• If the nature of the alleged Major Default is such that it cannot reasonably be cured within the applicable Cure Period, Owner shall not be deemed to be in Major Default if it has commenced efforts to cure the Major Default within the applicable Cure Period and continues to diligently pursue completion of the cure.

• In the event of a material breach by Xxxxx, and Xxxxx is unable to cure within the Cure Period, Flock will refund Customer a pro-rata portion of the pre-paid fees for Services not received due to such termination.
