Cure Period definition

Cure Period means the period specified in this Agreement for curing any breach or default of any provision of this Agreement by the Party responsible for such breach or default and shall:

Examples of Cure Period in a sentence

  • If at any time an Event of Default with respect to a Party (the “Defaulting Party”) has occurred and is then continuing, after giving effect to the applicable Cure Period, the other Party (the “Non-Defaulting Party”) may, by not more than twenty (20) days’ notice to the Defaulting Party specifying the relevant Event of Default, designate a day not earlier than the day such notice is effective as an Early Termination Date in respect of this Agreement.

  • Upon replenishment or furnishing of a fresh Performance Security, as the case may be, as aforesaid, the Contractor shall be entitled to an additional Cure Period of 30 (thirty) days for remedying the Contractor’s Default, and in the event of the Contractor not curing its default within such Cure Period, the Authority shall be entitled to encash and appropriate such Performance Security as Damages, and to terminate this Agreement in accordance with Article23.
