Delay Event definition
Delay Event means:
(i) a tsunami, flood, cyclone, earthquake, bushfire or other act of nature;
(ii) riot, civil commotion, war, invasion or a terrorist act;
(iii) an imminent threat of an event in paragraphs (i) or (ii); or
(iv) compliance with any lawful direction or order by a Government Agency; or
(v) if clause 2.5 applies, the computer system operated by the ATO for the GST Withholding notifications referred to in clause 2.5(5)(c) is inoperative;
Delay Event means:
(i) a tsunami, flood, cyclone, earthquake, bushfire or other act of nature;
(ii) riot, civil commotion, war, invasion or a terrorist act;
(iii) an imminent threat of an event in paragraphs (i) or (ii); or
(iv) compliance with any lawful direction or order by a Government Agency;
Delay Event means any event set out at Clause 5.19.4 [Delay Events].
Examples of Delay Event in a sentence
If a Delay Event occurs, the timeframes set forth in Section 3.02(2) shall be deemed to be automatically extended by any period during which such Delay Event exists.
More Definitions of Delay Event
Delay Event means any of the following events or circumstances only to the extent, in each case, that it affects the critical path of the Construction Schedule:
Delay Event has the meaning given in Clause 29.3;
Delay Event has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(b).
Delay Event means a delay event (as described in the Capacity Transfer and Auction Timetable in the Capacity Transfer and Auction Procedures) which affects AEMO’s ability to comply with the Capacity Transfer and Auction Timetable.
Delay Event means any act, occurrence or omission causing a delay in the completion of the Services within the time limits set forth in this Agreement.
