Works and/or services. 4.4.2.1. The Supplier shall be liable for hidden faults or defects, including during the Warranty Period and until the period stipulated by the applicable legislation in the event it is longer, apart from any legal or other liabilities that may arise.
Works and/or services. 4.3.3.1. Once the Warranty Period has elapsed, the Supplier shall notify ENEL of the expiry of said Period, requesting the Final Acceptance. In view of such request, ENEL, if applicable, shall notify the Supplier of the date set for Final Acceptance, which must occur within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days from the receipt of notification by ENEL.

The Supplier must know and verify that its personnel knows, understands and applies all the requirements and regulations related to the protection of the environment, energy efficiency and environmental quality within the premises that may be applicable in order to carry out the works or services.

Works and/or services. 10.2.1. The Supplier must be aware of all the legal and internal requirements and regulations that apply to it, in order to carry out the work.
Works and/or services. 1 This “ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION” clause applies only to works and services with operational activities on behalf of ENEL and/or ENEL facilities, to supplies only if they include installation or the supervision of work or loading/unloading, and to the supply of hazardous substances/chemical reagents. In addition, this clause also applies to the services and/or supplies considered by ENEL to involve a High or Medium Environmental Risk.
Works and/or services. After the agreed Warranty Period passes, the Contractor must notify ENEL of the expiry of this Period and request the Provisional Acceptance. In view of this request, ENEL, if necessary, shall communicate the established date for the Provisional Acceptance to the Contractor, without this period extending further than thirty (30) days after the receipt of ENEL's notification.
Works and/or services. 24.2.1. The Contractor must be aware of and follow all the applicable requirements and laws in order to perform the work.
Works and/or services. 13.2.1 The Contractor must be able to: ○ provide, on request, all documentation showing the compliance with applicable HSE Law, including - but not limited to - obtaining permits and respect of the limits therein described, if any; ○ prove to have procedures that allows the maintenance of the requested requirements and the continuous compliance with the applicable Law; ○ follow the Environmental Plan; ○ provide to ENEL the environmental performance data (e.g.: fuel consumption, waste), if required; ○ provide relevant information on the activities covered by the Contract, to contribute to ENEL’s calculation of the carbon footprint, circular economy index or any other indexes related to the Environmental Management System, if required in consideration of the activities’ relevance. Similarly, the information on the carbon footprint of activities could be assessed by the Subcontractor.
