Customizations definition

Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.
Customizations means custom objects, scripts, plug-ins or workflows developed by Developer and intended for use with the Service.
Customizations means all newly-developed software created by the Company and/or its subcontractors pursuant to this Contract, including but not limited to all interfaces between different components of the System and between the System and other systems. More Definitions of Customizations

Customizations means all software, code, materials, ideas, deliverables, and items that are conceived, made, discovered, written, or created by Smartsheet’s personnel in connection with providing Professional Services.
