Subscription Software definition

Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

Subscription Software for HEC Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Supplement, and for EX Services and Private Cloud Edition means Cloud Services Software as set forth in its respective Supplement.

Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment, as defined in the SLA, by SAP on a subscription basis.

Examples of Subscription Software in a sentence

• If Customer is (i) not using a current release of the Subscription Software or (ii) has less than nine (9) months remaining (as of the start date of the Order Form) until the release is no longer current, Customer shall upgrade its production environment of the Subscription Software to the current release as described in SAP’s RISE Limited Maintenance Policy available at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/about/agreements/policies.html.

• For purposes of SAP Subscription Software, “current” means it is covered by Mainstream Maintenance or Extended Maintenance as it’s made available by SAP.

• Customer has the right to develop and use Modifications and/or Customer Add-Ons and use Additional Add-ons to SAP’s Subscription Software in furtherance of its permitted use of the Cloud Service under this Agreement.

• Customisation means: any components deployed in the hostedenvironment for the Subscription Software other than the generally available Subscription Software or components that Licensee may deploy via the standard user interface or tools included in the generally available Subscription Software.

• SAP may make available Mainstream Maintenance or Extended Maintenance through a single Subscription Software version or a sequence of Subscription Software versions.

Subscription Software shall (i) have the meaning set forth in its respective Supplement for HEC Services and Tailored Option Services, and (ii) mean Cloud Services Software set forth in its respective Supplement for for EX Services and Private Cloud Edition Services.

Subscription Software for HEC Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Supplement and for EX Services means the SAP software provided by SAP with the EX Service.

Subscription Software means Subscriptions hosted by Customer. Customer does not have a license in Subscription Software.

Subscription Software means software for which the customer received use rights and maintenance by SAP on a subscription base. Subscription Software shall be understood to be part of the HEC Production Cloud with Subscription Software service for purposes of the Agreement. .

Subscription Software the computer programmes forming part of any Subscription Services provided by CoolCare under this Agreement, together with associated databases in machine-readable object code form only, including any error corrections, updates, upgrades, modifications and enhancements to them made available to the Customer under this Agreement;
