Customer's Confidential Information definition

Customer's Confidential Information means: all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, property rights, trade secrets, Know-How and IPR of the Customer (including all Customer Background IPR and Project Specific IPR); any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered confidential which comes (or has come) to the Customer’s attention or into the Customer’s possession in connection with this Call Off Contract; and information derived from any of the above;
Customer's Confidential Information means all Customer Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Customer, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential");
Customer's Confidential Information means all the Customer’s Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Customer, including all Intellectual Property Rights, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential; "Customer’s Personal Data" means the Personal Data supplied by the Customer to the Supplier and, for the purposes of or in connection with the Contract;

  • The Supplier shall not, and shall procure that the Supplier Staff do not, use any of the Customer's Confidential Information received otherwise than for the purposes of this Call-Off Agreement.

Customer's Confidential Information includes any information, regardless of medium, provided to Core Lab or Institution by Customer related to the Services or the Test Material that is marked as “Confidential” provided that the Results shall not be deemed as “Confidential” unless specified otherwise by Customer in the Scope of Work in Exhibit A. Customer's Confidential Information means all proprietary information of the Customer that is disclosed to Miovision pursuant to this Agreement and includes Customer Data; and
