Milestone Date definition

Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;
Milestone Date means the date by which a particular Milestone must be completed as set forth in the Implementation Plan under the Statement of Work.
Milestone Date means the target date set out against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan by which the Milestone must be Achieved;

Examples of Milestone Date in a sentence

  • Where so specified by the Customer in the Implementation Plan or elsewhere in this Contract , time in relation to compliance with a date, Milestone Date or period shall be of the essence and failure of the Supplier to comply with such date, Milestone Date or period shall be a material Default unless the Parties expressly agree otherwise.

  • Changes to the Milestones (if any), Milestone Payments (if any) and Delay Payments (if any) shall only be made in accordance with the Variation Procedure and provided that the Supplier shall not attempt to postpone any of the Milestones using the Variation Procedure or otherwise (except in the event of a Customer Cause which affects the Suppliers ability to achieve a Milestone by the relevant Milestone Date).

  • All Milestone Dates shall be cumulative, increasing by the amount specified for each date Construction Manager does not achieve Substantial Completion for each specific Milestone Date.

  • The Customer may, at its discretion and without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of the Customer howsoever arising, deem the failure to comply with Clauses 7.1, (Provision of the Goods and/or Services), 8.2 (Time of Delivery of the Services) and 8.3 (Location and Manner of Delivery of the Services) and meet the relevant Milestone Date (if any) to be a material Default.


More Definitions of Milestone Date

Milestone Date means any date specified in the Contract Documents for completion of the Work, or portion of the Work, including the dates of Substantial Performance or Total Performance;
Milestone Date means a date in the Construction Schedule identified for its importance in measuring progress of all or part of the Trade Contractor Work.
