Within seven (7) business days of receipt of a written request by the Discloser, the Recipient shall return or destroy all Confidential Material.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed to impose any obligation on the Discloser to disclose any Confidential Material or to continue to engage in any process regarding a transaction involving the Subject Business.
