Test Material. The City shall provide, at no cost to the employee, all relevant study material. The material, in its entirety, shall be prepared for the employee. The material shall be provided in accordance to the time restrictions as set forth in this article. Any candidate not taking the test shall reimburse the City for the actual cost of test materials provided to the candidate and for the actual cost of the tests administration. The Chief of Police may, at his option, elect to waive the reimbursement to any candidate who did not take the test if the candidate can show good reason (sickness, activated for military service, death in family, etc.) for his inability to take the test.
Test Material. Licensor shall provide Licensee with, but not title to, the Test Engine on test stand, all related drawings or other intellectual property, that Licensor feels would aid Licensee in its refinement efforts (collectively the "Test Material"). If Licensee requires any parts from Licensor, Licensee must pay for parts made by Licensor.
Test Material. Test materials must be identified, characterized and stored appropriately to ensure that they are suitable for the research purpose. Upon Study completion or termination, all materials should be disposed of appropriately in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Test Material. All questions on the tests must cover what the teacher will/has teach/taught.
