Relating to the Business definition

Relating to the Business means used primarily or exclusively in the operation or conduct of the Business as conducted as of immediately prior to the Petition Date, but shall exclude Shared Services.

Relating to the Business means used primarily or exclusively in the operation or conduct of the Business as conducted as of immediately prior to the Petition Date.
