Customer Confidential Information All Customer Data and any information that the Customer or CCS gives to Agencies that is designated as being confidential, or which ought to be reasonably be considered to be confidential (whether or not it is marked “confidential”).
The Supplier will use its best endeavours to recover such Customer Confidential Information however it may be recorded.
The Supplier will immediately notify the Customer of any breach of security in relation to Customer Confidential Information obtained in the performance of this Call-Off Agreement and will keep a record of such breaches.
