Customer Confidential Information means all confidential information whether relating to the Customer, its business, its staff, its procedures and/or relating to patients, including but not limited to, patient identity, clinical conditions and treatment;

Customer Confidential Information means any information disclosed (whether disclosed in writing, orally or otherwise) by the Customer to the Provider or its Suppliers that is marked as “confidential”, described as “confidential” or should have been understood by the Provider or its Suppliers at the time of disclosure to be confidential;

Customer Confidential Information shall have the meaning given such term in Section 11.1 hereof.

Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to the Employer by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.

Customer Confidential Information means all the customer identifying data however collected or received, including without limitation, through “cookies” or non-electronic means pertaining to or identifiable to a Fund’s Shareholders, prospective shareholders and plan administrators (collectively, “Fund Customers”), including without limitation, (i) name, address, email address, passwords, account numbers, personal financial information, personal preferences, demographic data, marketing data, data about securities transactions, credit data or any other identification data; (ii) any information that reflects the use of or interactions with a Fund service, including the Trust’s web site; or (iii) any data otherwise submitted in the process of registering for a Fund service. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer Confidential Information shall include all “nonpublic personal information,” as defined under the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 1999 (Public Law 106-102, 113 Stat. 1138) (“GLB Act”) and all “personal information” as defined in the Massachusetts Standards for the Protection of Personal Information, 201 CMR 17.00, et seq., (“Mass Privacy Act”). This Agreement shall not be construed as granting the Transfer Agent any ownership rights in the Customer Information.

Customer Confidential Information means any information shared by Customer with SISW under this Agreement concerning Customer’s business that has not been made public, provided that such information has been marked or otherwise identified as confidential at the time of disclosure or consists of information that, by its context, is sufficient to put SISW on notice of its confidential nature. SISW will prevent the disclosure and protect the confidentiality of Customer Confidential Information by using the same means it uses to protect its own confidential information, but in any event not less than reasonable means. Customer’s Confidential Information will not be disclosed by SISW to any third party, other than to its employees, its affiliated companies, its consultants, agents, and contractors, without the prior written consent of Customer.

Customer Confidential Information means any information, in whatever form, which, in the case of written or electronic information, is clearly designated by the Communications Provider as commercially confidential and which, in the case of information disclosed orally, is identified at the time of disclosure as such or is by its nature commercially confidential, but excluding any information which:
