Customer Personal Data definition

Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of a Customer Group Member pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data that is processed by the Provider on behalf of the Customer in relation to this Agreement, but excluding personal data with respect to which the Provider is a data controller;

• BumbleBee Marketing Services shall reasonably cooperate with such audit by providing access to knowledgeable personnel, physical premises as applicable, documentation, infrastructure, and any application software that Processes Customer Personal Data.

• This Agreement and all provisions herein shall survive so long as, and to the extent that, BumbleBee Marketing Services Processes or retains Customer Personal Data.

• If Customer has a legitimate reason that relates to the subprocessors’ processing of Customer Personal Data, Customer may object to Hallmark’s use of a subprocessor, by notifying Hallmark in writing within thirty days after receipt of Hallmark’s notice.

More Definitions of Customer Personal Data

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed as a Processor by BT in the context of providing the Services under this Agreement.

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data that is processed by the Provider on behalf of the Customer in relation to the Agreement;
