Highly Confidential Information definition

Highly Confidential Information means Proprietary Information that is marked “Highly Confidential Information” when disclosed in written form or is otherwise designated as such hereunder.
Highly Confidential Information means information that the Submitting Party has kept strictly confidential; that is subject to protection under the Freedom of Information Act; that the Submitting Party claims constitutes some of its most sensitive business data which, if released to competitors or those with whom the Submitting Party does business, would allow those persons to gain a significant advantage in the marketplace or in negotiations; and that is described in Attachment 1 to this Protective Order, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Highly Confidential Information means information that is not otherwise available from publicly available sources; that the Submitting Party has kept strictly confidential; that is subject to protection under FOIA and the Commission’s implementing rules; that the Submitting Party or a Third- Party Interest Holder claims constitutes some of its most sensitive business data which, if released to competitors or those with whom the Submitting Party or Third-Party Interest Holder does business, would allow those persons to gain a significant advantage in the marketplace or in negotiations; and that is described in Appendix A to this Protective Order, as the same may be amended from time to time; unless the Commission determines, sua sponte or by request pursuant to paragraph 4 of this Protective Order or Sections 0.459 or 0.461 of its rules, that any such information is not entitled to confidential treatment.

More Definitions of Highly Confidential Information

Highly Confidential Information means information relating to this Agreement and/or the AACS Technology and/or the Specifications which information is marked “Highly Confidential Information” when disclosed in written form or indicated as “Highly Confidential” when disclosed orally and confirmed by any Licensors or AACS LA in writing within thirty (30) days to be “Highly Confidential,” provided, however, that those AACS Keys listed on Appendix 1 to the Compliance Rules shall be treated as “Highly Confidential Information” regardless of whether or not they are marked “Highly Confidential.”
Highly Confidential Information means Keys, Production Credentials and any other material delivered to Licensee by CI Plus LLP which is so designated. Licensee shall implement and maintain security measures for Highly Confidential Information that are in accordance with commercial practices for similar information. Such measures to include, at a minimum, the following:

Highly Confidential Information means any Confidential Information which the Protected Person, as defined herein, reasonably believes to be so competitively sensitive that it is entitled to extraordinary protections.
Highly Confidential Information means Device Keys, Device Key Sets, intermediate cryptographic values and other values identified as requiring confidentiality in Appendix B to the HDCP Specification, any other proprietary information disclosed to any Person by Licensor, its designee, or Founder or any Affiliate thereof that is marked “Highly Confidential” when disclosed in written or electronic form, and any other proprietary information from which any of the foregoing can be derived.
