ADT Indentures means, each of (i) the indentures dated as of April 4, 2019, among Prime Security Services Borrower, LLC, as issuer, Prime Finance Inc., as Co-Issuer, the guarantors party thereto from time to time, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, (ii) indenture dated as of July 5, 2012, between the ADT Corporation, as issuer, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, (iii) indenture dated as of May 2, 2016, between Prime Security One MS, Inc., as issuer, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, (iv) the indenture dated as of January 28, 2020, among Prime Security Services Borrower, LLC, as issuer, Prime Finance Inc., as issuer, the subsidiary guarantors party thereto from time to time, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee and collateral agent and (v) the indenture, dated as of August 20, 2020, among, inter alia, Prime Security Services Borrower, LLC, as issuer, Prime Finance Inc., as co-issuer, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee.
