Affected Person definition
Affected Person means any person with a legal right or interest in the property, including but not limited to a landowner, a contract purchaser of record, a person possessing the property under a lease, a record lienholder, and a record encumbrancer of the property.
Affected Person means a SEF applicant whose admission application is declined or is conditioned or a Person whose status as a Participant is terminated as set forth in Rule 303(e).
Affected Person has the meaning set forth in Section 1.7 of this Agreement.
Examples of Affected Person in a sentence
The Administrative Agent, on behalf of any Affected Person making a claim under this Section 2.09, shall submit to the Borrower and the Collateral Manager a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Affected Person setting forth in reasonable detail the basis for and the computations of such additional or increased costs, which certificate shall be conclusive absent manifest error.
In determining any amount provided for in this Section 2.09, the Affected Person may use any reasonable averaging and attribution methods.
