Affected Person definition

Affected Person means any person with a legal right or interest in the property, including but not limited to a landowner, contract purchaser of record, a person possessing the property under a lease, a record lienholder, and a record encumbrancer of the property.
Affected Person means a SEF applicant whose admission application is declined or is conditioned or a Person whose status as a Participant is terminated as set forth in Rule 303(e).
Affected Person has the meaning set forth in Section 1.7 of this Agreement.
