Pool Receivable means any Receivable which has been sold or otherwise assigned (or purported to be sold, assigned, conveyed, subrogated and or otherwise transferred) by an Originator or the Contributor to the Company pursuant to an Origination Agreement.

Pool Receivable means each Receivable in which an interest has been transferred or purported to be transferred to the Borrower by an Originator pursuant to the Receivables Sale Agreement.

Pool Receivable means a Receivable conveyed to the Seller pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement and not reconveyed to the Originator in accordance with the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
