Release Request means a written request, substantially in the form of Exhibit M to the Agreement, to obtain a release of Collateral from the Collateral Pool pursuant to Section 3.04(a).

• The Custodian shall, upon receipt of a Release Request with respect to a Sensitive Asset, release such Sensitive Asset and shall deliver such Sensitive Asset as specified in such Release Request.

Release Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
