Senior Indenture definition

Senior Indenture means the Senior Indenture dated the date hereof between the Company and , as trustee, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Senior Indenture means that certain Indenture dated September 15, 1998 providing for the issuance of senior debt securities of the Operating Partnership, which indenture is between the Operating Partnership, as issuer, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., successor to The Chase Manhattan Bank, as trustee.

Senior Indenture means this instrument as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended by one or more indentures supplemental hereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof and, unless the context otherwise requires, shall include the terms of a particular series of Securities established as contemplated by Section 3.01.
