New Indenture definition

New Indenture has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
New Indenture means the Indenture by and between Congoleum Corporation, as Issuer, and [Bank], as Trustee, dated as of the Effective Date relating to the New Senior Notes substantially in the form attached as Exhibit "H" to the Plan.
New Indenture means the indenture, substantially in the form included in the Plan Supplement, under which the Reorganized Debtor will issue the New Notes.
