Subordinated Indenture definition

Subordinated Indenture means the Subordinated Note Indenture, dated as of ________ __, 19__, between the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee, as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture.
Subordinated Indenture means the Indenture dated as of ____________, ____, among the Guarantor, the Debenture Issuer and ______________________________, as trustee pursuant to which the Debentures are issued, together with any indenture supplemental thereto.
Subordinated Indenture means this instrument as originally executed, or as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended, as provided herein, and shall include the form and terms of particular series of Subordinated Securities established in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2.03 and 2.04.
