Transaction Document definition

Transaction Document means any agreement, document, certificate or instrument delivered pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Transaction Document means any of this Agreement, the Notes (if any), the Fee Letters, the Collateral Administration Agreement, the Sale and Contribution Agreements and Transfer Supplements, the Administrative Agent Cooperation Agreement, the Limited Guaranty, the Collateral Documents, the Investment Management Agreement, the Margining Agreement, and all other documents, certificates, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by or on behalf of a Credit Party for the benefit of any Agent or any Lender in connection herewith on or after the Closing Date.

  • In addition, each and every reference to share prices and shares of Common Stock in any Transaction Document shall be subject to adjustment for reverse and forward stock splits, stock dividends, stock combinations and other similar transactions of the Common Stock that occur after the date of this Agreement.

Transaction Document means, each of, the Other Notes, the SEPA, the Registration Rights Agreement and any and all documents, agreements, instruments or other items executed or delivered in connection with any of the foregoing.
