Transaction Document definition

Transaction Document means any agreement, document, certificate or instrument delivered pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Transaction Document means, each of, the Other Notes, the SEPA, the Registration Rights Agreement and any and all documents, agreements, instruments or other items executed or delivered in connection with any of the foregoing.

  • It is expressly understood and agreed that each provision contained in this Agreement and in each other Transaction Document is between the Company and a Purchaser, solely, and not between the Company and the Purchasers collectively and not between and among the Purchasers.
