Master Indenture definition

Master Indenture means this Master Trust Indenture, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

Master Indenture means the Master Indenture of Trust dated as of December 1, 2003, between VRA and the Trustee, as modified, altered, amended and supplemented in accordance with its terms.

Master Indenture means the Amended and Restated Master Indenture, dated as of May 1, 2007, between the Trust, as Issuer, and the Indenture Trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time including, with respect to any Series or Class, the related Indenture Supplement.

• To facilitate the transfer, the City must adopt a resolution approving the issuance of additional bonds through CFD 2, and the City and SCFA must enter into a Second Supplemental Indenture (supplementing the Master Indenture for CFD 2), a First Supplemental Trust Agreement, and a Termination Agreement (terminating the Site and Project Leases).

More Definitions of Master Indenture

Master Indenture means the Master Indenture dated as of August 1, 2000, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

Master Indenture means the Master Trust Indenture, dated as of February 1, 2005, between the Authority and the Trustee, without regard to supplements and amendments thereto.

Master Indenture means the Master Trust Indenture, dated as of May 1, 2006, and entered into between the Issuer and the Trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Master Indenture. The Second Amended and Restated Master Indenture, dated May 20, 2014, among the Issuers and the Indenture Trustee, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Master Indenture means this Master Indenture of Trust dated as of February 1, 2018, between HRTAC and the Trustee, as the same may be modified, altered, amended and supplemented in accordance with its terms by one or more Series Supplements and other Supplemental Indentures.
