Residential Customers. (a) If you are a residential customer, we may, subject to compliance with the Code, arrange for the restriction of the supply of your water retail service to you where:
Residential Customers. 9.1 A residential customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of being charged the small scale embedded generation tariff if he/she/it has a bona fide need to feed power back into the electricity grid each month. Should this not be the case the Director, Electricity Generation and Distribution may require that the customer either withdraw the embedded generator from service or alternatively have a prepayment meter and reverse power flow blocking protection installed, so as to place the customer on the appropriate domestic consumption tariff.
Residential Customers. Unless otherwise stated in your Contract Summary, your Early Cancellation Fee equals $10.00 times the number of months remaining in your Agreement’s Initial Term, There is no Early Cancellation Fee if you cancel your Agreement within 30 days prior to the expiration of your Agreement’s Initial Term.
Residential Customers. For residential Service subscribers, the Service is provided solely for personal, residential, non-business and non-professional use. Customer may not resell the Service or use the Service for any commercial or business purposes, including home office, sales, telemarketing or any other activity that would be inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns. Any use of the Service for commercial purposes may result in suspension or termination of the Service or the imposition of rates and charges applicable to commercial Service.
Residential Customers. Contractor agrees that residential customers of the Town of Laughlin and the Town of Searchlight who subscribe to single- family residential pickup service under the Collection Franchise Agreement shall not pay a fee to dispose of solid waste in accordance with Section 9.04.300(a) of the Code. To obtain the fee exemption under 9.04.300(a) for disposal at the Laughlin Landfill, residential customers must (l) provide a current residential pickup account xxxx stub and a valid government-issued photo identification, such as a current Nevada driver's license, and (2) have no past due charges on their residential pickup account.
Residential Customers. 1. District Rebate If a Customer installs Customer owned generating equipment in accordance with this policy, the Customer shall be entitled to a one time financial incentive based on the number of xxxxx of power installed. The formula for a residential Customer rebate shall be the number of xxxxx installed, times an assumed generator efficiency of 85%, times $0.50. The financial incentive shall appear as a credit on the Customer’s power bill and shall be paid in twelve (12) consecutive equal payments over the course of one year No credit shall be provided in a month where the Customer’s generating facilities are inoperable. The rebate shall not exceed $2,500 for residential Customers.
Residential Customers. For the services provided to single-family residential customers, the Service Provider shall charge a maximum of $ 20 per month for customers with one Container, and a maximum of $10 per month for each additional Container. These rates apply to all single-family residential customers that are located within the Town’s corporate limits.
Residential Customers. Customers using the XXX Networks equipment and the internet service for personal internet access, informational browsing, data transfers and file downloading, may network the XXX Networks equipment within their residence for personal LAN usage. Residential customers who exceed XXX Networks residential bandwidth usage parameters will be changed to business customer status and/or will incur charges for excessive data traffic levels.

If this agreement includes a bill for which we’ve mailed a disconnect notice and you fail to meet its terms and conditions within the first 60 days, your service may be shutoff without further written notice. • Consumers Energy is not required to make future Settlement Agreements with you if you have failed to meet the conditions of any Settlement Agreement within the last 12 months. ALL CUSTOMERS • Future bills are not part of this settlement agreement and are, therefore, subject to collection actions, including disconnection of service, if such bills are not paid. A 2% late payment fee will be applied to any portion of the bill that is delinquent until this agreement is satisfied and no arrearages remain. Form 3807 8-2016
Residential Customers. If you are a residential customer, the Services are designed for your lawful, personal and/or family use. Your use is for a single household in the service address for your Account (except with respect to mobile services, which permit use at other locations). Only you and your authorized guests in the same household are users who may use the Services. You may not use the Services for any non-personal purposes. Any use not expressly permitted under Your Agreement or that violates any Liberty policies or rules is prohibited. You and other Users may not use, or enable others to use, the Services to operate any type of business or commercial enterprise. You may not expose Liberty’s network to any type of server that is not consistent with personal, residential use, such as web or mail servers offering content or services to external users.
