Working Conditions and Hours. (a) HP shall provide adequate working facilities and a reasonable amount of stationary, secretarial and administrative services, computing, communication and photocopying facilities as may be reasonably required by the Contractor's Staff at no cost to the Contractor.
Working Conditions and Hours. OF WORK (SEVEN DAY) Employees assigned to work on a seven (7) day schedule will be governed by the following terms and conditions, in addition to the Letter of Understanding. Remuneration will be based on a forty-two (42) hour pay period and will be paid at forty (40) hours straight time and two (2) hours at time and one half. Time worked on an employees scheduled off which falls on a Monday through Saturday will be paid at the rate of time and one half for the first four (4) hours and double time thereafter for the day so worked; all overtime worked on a Sunday, however, will be paid at double time. Lunch and Rest Periods The Company will provide a total of sixty (60) paid minutes for lunch and rest periods.   • WORKING CONDITIONS 10.01 The Union will co-operate with the Employer in maintaining good working conditions.

  • Safe Working Conditions The Employer undertakes to maintain office furniture, equipment, etc., in a practical and safe condition in order to avoid injury to employees or damage to their attire. Employees, for their part and in their own interest, are expected to advise the Employer of any such potentially injurious equipment.

  • GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.
