Third class answers demonstrate some knowledge of understanding of the general area but a thirdclass answer tends to be weak in the following ways:• descriptive only;• does not answer the question directly;• misses key points of information and interpretation• contains serious inaccuracies;• sparse coverage of material; and• assertions not supported by argument or evidence.
