  • Occupational Superannuation 16.1 The subject of superannuation is dealt with extensively by legislation including the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992, the Superannuation Guarantee Charge Act 1992, the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 and the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993. This legislation, as varied from time to time, governs the superannuation rights and obligations of the parties.

  • WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFITS ‌ The minimum hourly rate of Wages and Benefits shall be as per Attachment “A”. Wages at the established rates specified herein shall be paid weekly in the shop or on the job at or before quitting time on any day, Monday through Friday, of each week, and no more than five (5) calendar days pay will be withheld. Alternative payroll procedures, i.e., electronic and/or automatic deposit may be utilized by the Employer. Employees laid off through no fault of their own shall be paid in full ½ hour prior to quitting time or if the employee is signed up for electronic transfer, the money shall be transferred to his or her account within 24 hours. Employees who were discharged or voluntarily quit shall be paid their wages per the Site Local Union’s Agreement. Assessments or Penalties for late pay or non-payment of wages shall be as per the Site Local Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement. Holidays and vacations shall comply with the terms of the Site Local Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • WAGES AND RELATED MATTERS 4.0 RATES OF PAY

  • WAGES AND COMPENSATION Section 1:

  • PROFESSIONAL DUES OR FEES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 5.1 Any unit member who is a member of the Association, or who has applied for membership, may sign and deliver to the District an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees, and general assessments of the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth of such dues from the regular salary check of the bargaining unit member each month for ten (10) months. Deductions for bargaining unit members who sign such authorization after the commencement of the school year shall be appropriately pro-rated to complete payments by the end of the school year.

  • RESTOCKING (EXCHANGES AND RETURNS) There will be no restocking charge to the Customer for return or exchange of any item purchased under the terms of any award. If the Customer wishes to return items purchased under an awarded contract, the Contractor agrees to exchange, these items for other items, with no additional charge incurred. Items must be returned to Contractor within thirty (30) days from date of delivery. If there is a difference in price in the items exchanged, the Contractor must notify H-GAC and invoice Customer for increase price or provide the Customer with a credit or refund for any decrease in price per Customer’s preference. On items returned, a credit or cash refund will be issued by the Contractor to Customer. This return and exchange option will extend for thirty (30) days following the expiration of the term of the Contract. All items returned by the Customer must be unused and in the same merchantable condition as when received. Items that are special ordered may be returned only upon approval of the Contractor.

  • Overtime Premium and No Pyramiding Subject to any superior conditions, the overtime rate shall be time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's straight-time hourly rate. Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid.

  • PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 22.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each payday, each employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his wages and deductions.

  • DEDUCTION OF UNION FEES The employer shall deduct union fees from the wages and salaries of members of the union when authorised in writing by members. The employer will forward the monies with the names and the individual amounts deducted to the union.

  • Wages and Benefits While performing a Transitional Duty assignment, the employee shall receive the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay and receive those benefits provided to regular full-time employees set forth in this collective bargaining agreement.
