Voluntary Personal Leave Program a. Each full time employee choosing to participate in the Voluntary Personal Leave Program (VPLP) shall continue to work his or her assigned work schedule and shall have a reduction in pay equal to 4.62% (one day) or 9.24% (two days), or 13.85% (three days). In exchange the corresponding credits of 8 hours, 16 hours, or 24 hours of leave will be credited to the employee’s VPLP balance.

Voluntary Personal Leave Program. ‌ The State shall continue a voluntary personal leave program for Unit 5 employees. Employees may voluntarily participate in the personal leave program on a fiscal-year to fiscal-year basis with approval from the Department. The Department shall notify CAHP prior to the beginning of each fiscal year to indicate whether voluntary personal leave will be approved for the upcoming fiscal year. Enough advance approval of notice shall be provided to allow time for employees to positively enroll in the voluntary personal leave program in those fiscal years the program is authorized for enrollment.

  • Personal Leave Day A. An employee may choose one (1) workday as a personal leave day each fiscal year during the life of this Agreement if the employee has been continuously employed for more than four (4) months.

  • Personal Leave of Absence The Administrator may grant a request for leave of absence for personal reasons without pay provided that he receives at least one (1) month's clear notice, in writing, unless impossible, and provided that such leave may be arranged without undue inconvenience to the normal operations of the Nursing Home. Employees when applying for such leave shall indicate the proposed date of departure and return. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Sick/Personal Leave Leave granted to the teacher for sick, personal or bereavement reasons.

  • Personal Leave Written request for a personal leave of absence without pay will be considered on an individual basis by the Hospital. Such requests are to be submitted to the employee's immediate supervisor at least four (4) weeks in advance, unless not reasonably possible to give such notice, and a written reply will be given within fourteen (14) days except in cases of emergency in which case a reply will be given as soon as possible.
