Common use of Voluntary Personal Leave Program Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Personal Leave Program. a. Each full time employee choosing to participate in the Voluntary Personal Leave Program (VPLP) shall continue to work his or her assigned work schedule and shall have a reduction in pay equal to 4.62% (one day) or 9.24% (two days), or 13.85% (three days). In exchange the corresponding credits of 8 hours, 16 hours, or 24 hours of leave will be credited to the employee’s VPLP balance.
