Video monitoring. 1. According to judicial rulings, Landlord 1 must inter alia ensure that the Tenant is not harassed or potentially endangered by "unwanted visitors" in the stairwell, underground car parks or empty apartments. In light of cases of vandalism in the Landlord's FIZZ buildings and underground car parks and/or at its affiliated companies, Landlord 1 had decided to monitor the entrance area and the common areas of The FIZZ and underground parking by means of a video camera.
Video monitoring. You are fully aware that all of CBG premises are equipped with video & audio monitoring technology which is constantly recording for the security of the gym and that the video monitoring can be remotely viewed at any time by the gym’s nominated agent and/or security provider. This system is used for security purposes but does not guarantee against harm.
Video monitoring. The City and the Union agree to continue to adhere to the provisions of Connecticut General Statutes, sections 31-48b and 31-48d, regarding video monitoring. The City agrees to the following protocol regarding the use of Video Monitoring in its police facilities:
Video monitoring. (a) Video monitoring has become a valuable resource for the protection of the Employer’s assets and assuring the safety of its employees. This type of monitoring has proven to be a major deterrent to criminals and we will never know how many thefts and robberies have been prevented.
Video monitoring. IP SLA currently does not have any operation designed specifically to monitor video traffic. UDP jitter can be used to simulate some video traffic.
Video monitoring. Owner reserves the right to install and maintain video monitoring at all times. All video recordings are the exclusive property of Owner and nothing in this Agreement obligates that video monitoring will be performed nor provides Occupant the right to access to any video recording.
Video monitoring. There is real time video monitoring that is backed up to the cloud for a limited time. Video cameras are located throughout the community. The cameras are not there to find you doing something wrong. They are there for everyone's safety, and if a security issue arises, we will attempt to get video verification. Our goal is to have a safe and unified neighborhood where we watch out for each other. Trash Disposal: Outside of the main entrance gate on CR 823, there are large dumpsters available for your household trash. When disposing of food, please ensure that it is closed in a bag so that rodents and animals are not attracted. All household trash needs to be placed INSIDE the container, never left outside. There will be scheduled community trash pick-ups for resident trash bags that will be driven to and loaded into the dumpster outside of the gate. You may bring your personal trash to the dumpster at any time if your trash is not picked up at the scheduled time. **PLEASE KEEP ALL DUMPSTER LIDS CLOSED TO KEEP CRITTERS OUT** Household trash should never be placed in the trash cans that are placed throughout the property. These round trash cans are meant for small miscellaneous items and should not be filled with household trash from residents.
Video monitoring. Letter of Understanding Between The University of Western Ontario The University of Western Ontario Staff Association During the life of this collective agreement, the parties agree that UWO will provide to UWOSA on a quarterly basis a list of the general locations (number of cameras, building, floor and department – see example) of all known video monitoring devices in the workplace. Despite this, the UWO is not obliged to disclose the location of video monitoring devices which are utilized for specific investigations of employee misconduct, which use of video monitoring devices will comply with Article 18.03; and/or excluding sensitive scientific and secure areas. It is understood that these devices will not be used for performance evaluation purposes.
