Underground Parking. Subject to this Section 1.3, Landlord will make available to Tenant during the Term (and any period of Early Occupancy), at no additional cost to Tenant (other than Tenant’s payment of all Rent otherwise due under this Lease), all 46 automobile parking spaces in the Building’s underground parking area (“Tenant Reserved Spaces”), which Tenant Reserved Spaces will be for the exclusive use of Tenant. Landlord will not permit any person or entity other than Tenant to use the Tenant Reserved Spaces for any purpose during the Term (or any period of Early Occupancy).
Underground Parking. Tenant shall have the use of seven (7) underground parking spaces which shall be assigned to Tenant by Landlord.
Underground Parking. So long as Tenant is not in default under the Lease, Landlord shall allocate to Tenant two (2) additional reserved parking spaces for a total of four (4) in the lower level indoor parking area of Executive Plaza. Said spaces shall be free to charge. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Section 1.6., the terms and conditions of Tenant's use of said parking spaces shall be governed by a separate Application and Lease for Executive Plaza Lower Lever Indoor Parking executive by Tenant and Landlord.
Underground Parking a. For properties with underground parking, please observe the following precautions when entering or exiting the garage:
i) Always approach entry and exit with caution and at a very slow rate of speed.
ii) When entering the garage, push the button on your garage door opener and allow the door to open completely, then enter immediately. If you are delayed for any reason, please allow the garage door to close completely before attempting to re-open.
iii) Never follow the vehicle who opened the garage door (tailgate). The garage door may start closing and result in damage to your vehicle. Always use your remote garage door opener to gain entry into the underground garage. Landlord is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle caused by the garage door.
iv) Never get out of your vehicle while the garage door is opening or closing.
v) To ensure the security of all residents, please contact the office immediately if you lose your remote garage door opener.
vi) Don’t give or lend your remote garage door opener to anyone.
Underground Parking. Premontre and Xanten Hall underground parking space permit inquiries, permit selection, and billing is overseen by Parking Services.

Underground Parking. So long as Tenant is not in default under the Lease, Landlord shall allocate to Tenant 21 additional reserved parking spaces in the lower level indoor parking area of Executive Plaza. Said spaces shall be charged at the rate of $80.00 per space per month. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Section 1.5., the terms and conditions of Tenant's use of said parking spaces shall be governed by a separate Application and Lease for Executive Plaza II Lower Level Indoor Parking executed by Tenant and Landlord.
Underground Parking i. Section 38.6 of the Lease is deleted.
ii. In the first sentence of Section 26.1 of the Lease, the following words are deleted: “provided, however, at such time as the underground parking garage is completed, the aforementioned 70 exclusive parking spaces will be reduced to 50 exclusive parking spaces.”
iii. The second sentence of Section 26.2 is deleted.
iv. The first sentence of Section 26.4 is deleted and replaced with the following: At least 6 electric vehicle charging stations will be provided in the parking area adjoining the Building.
v. Landlord shall provide car parking for no more than 3 Tenant-designated vehicles indoors within Xxxx Works or via valet.
vi. Notwithstanding subsections i, ii, iii, iv or v above, if Landlord makes an underground parking garage available to any tenant, then Tenant shall be entitled to all of the rights and benefits in and related to that underground parking garage as set forth in the Lease immediately prior to amendment by this Third Amendment, provided that such benefits shall not be deemed to reduce or diminish any rights of Tenant with respect to other parking then in effect under the Lease. By way of example, the parties agree that if Landlord provides underground parking, then Tenant will be entitled to the number of underground parking spaces provided for in Section 26.2 prior to amendment by this Third Amendment, but the number of other parking spaces reserved for exclusive use by Tenant shall not be reduced, notwithstanding Section 26.1.
Underground Parking. Tenant has the right, but not the obligation, to rent up to five (5) reserved underground parking spaces for a term of not less than one (1) year provided such term shall expire no later than the Term. Rental for the first Lease Year during the Term of this Lease shall be one hundred fifteen and no/100 Dollars ($115.00) per month per parking space rented by Tenant. The rental rate for each parking space for each Lease Year, commencing on April 1, 2015, shall be increased by three percent (3%) compounded annually.
Underground Parking. TENANT shall be entitled to the exclusive use of its PRO RATA SHARE of the total number of automobile parking spaces located in the OFFICE BUILDING'S underground garage parking area; 6 of which shall be free of charge and the others shall be rented at the prevailing rate applicable to all tenants in the OFFICE BUILDING.
