Security Provider definition

Security Provider means you and/or any other person or entity furnishing security for any Credit Facilities and/or any party to any security document.
Security Provider means any person who has granted or may at any time hereafter grant any security interest as security for the Secured Obligations;
Security Provider means a person which, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, provides or is to provide any guarantee or other surety or security in respect of that Party’s obligations under this Agreement;
