Vehicle Liability Insurance Sample Clauses

Vehicle Liability Insurance. $___________________ minimum required insurance policy on all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles of the Subcontractor for combined single limit liability for each accident affecting incurring bodily injury and/or property damage.
Vehicle Liability Insurance. Contractor shall obtain and maintain in accordance with these General Conditions a policy of business vehicle liability insurance with a combined single limit, per occurrence, of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) and not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) in the aggregate. The vehicle liability insurance policy shall include coverage for owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, and shall cover bodily injury, death, and property damage.

Any other insurance maintained by the Client or Contractor shall be excess insurance and shall not be called upon to contribute to Subcontractor’s primary or excess insurance carrier’s duty to defend or indemnify unless required by law. The excess insurance required above shall also afford additional insured protection to Client and Contractor. This Section shall in no event be construed to require that additional insured insurance coverage be provided to a greater extent than permitted under the statutes or public policy governed under State law.
Vehicle Liability Insurance. Recognizing that the work governed by the Contract Documents requires the use of vehicles, Supplier, prior to the commencement of work, shall obtain Vehicle Liability Insurance. Coverage shall be maintained throughout the life of this Agreement and include, as a minimum, liability coverage for:  Owned, Non‐owned, and Hired vehicles and with the minimum limits at $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit (CSL). This policy should not be subject to any aggregate limit.
Vehicle Liability Insurance. During the Term the Developer shall maintain or cause to be maintained and kept in force, vehicle liability insurance in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) (combined single limit) including any automobile or vehicle whether hired or, if applicable, owned by the Developer.

The insurance shall name the Town as an additional insured and shall be written for not less than $1,000,000 each person, $2,000,000 each occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury and $500,000 each occurrence $1,000,000 aggregate for property damage, or such amount as required by law, whichever is greater, and shall include contractual liability applicable to the Entity Name’s obligations. If any aggregate limit applies, not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) must apply specifically to this Agreement and the Project. The Vehicle Liability Policy must name each of the District and the District Agents as an additional insured, and must contain a cross-liability endorsement and a waiver of the insurer’s rights of subrogation against the District and the District Agents. The Vehicle Liability Policy must include coverage for owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles.

Vehicle Liability Insurance. Prior to commencing the Work, the Contractor must have in effect, and the Contractor must maintain in effect at all times prior to final completion and acceptance of the Work, a policy of vehicle liability insurance, written on an occurrence basis, providing coverage for all motor vehicles (whether owned, leased, rented, or borrowed) that are driven or used in connection with the Work ("Vehicle Liability Policy"). The Vehicle Liability Policy must, by separate endorsement, name the District as an additional insured and must include a standard waiver of the insurer’s rights of subrogation against the District. The Vehicle Liability Policy must provide coverage with minimum coverage limits as specified in the Special Provisions. If an aggregate limit applies, not less than the minimum aggregate coverage limit specified in the Special Provisions must apply specifically to the Project and the Contract, by means of endorsement or separate "following form" excess policy.
Vehicle Liability Insurance. ARTICLE 14 The City presently provides single limit liability insurance for bodily injury and property covering members of the Department responsible for the operation of the fire apparatus, so long as they are acting within the scope of their duties as employees. The City shall continue to provide for such insurance so long as this type of coverage is available to the City.
