Common use of Vehicle Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Liability Insurance. Recognizing that the work governed by the Contract Documents requires the use of vehicles, Supplier, prior to the commencement of work, shall obtain Vehicle Liability Insurance. Coverage shall be maintained throughout the life of this Agreement and include, as a minimum, liability coverage for:  Owned, Non‐owned, and Hired vehicles and with the minimum limits at $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit (CSL). This policy should not be subject to any aggregate limit.
