Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance. Comprehensive automobile liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, $500,000 per person and $100,000 property damage or a combined single limit of $1,000,000 for both Tenant-owned and leased vehicles.
Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance. The Consultant shall procure and maintain during the period of the agreement/contract and for such additional time as work on the project is being performed, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance. If CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR’s employees, officers, or agents will use personal automobiles in any way in the performance of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall provide evidence of personal auto liability coverage for each such person upon request.
