Hired Automobiles definition

Hired Automobiles as used in this policy means automobiles hired or leased from others with or without drivers, used under the control of the Insured in the business stated on the Declarations but shall not include any automobile owned in whole or in part by or licensed in the name of the Insured or any partner, officer or employee of the Insured.
Hired Automobiles as used in this endorsement means automobiles hired or leased from others with or without drivers, for periods not exceeding 30 days, used under the control of the Insured in whole or in part by or licensed in the name of the Insured or any partner, officer or employee of the Insured.
Hired Automobiles. - as used in this Policy means automobiles hired, leased, or borrowed from others with or without drivers, used under the control of the Insured in the business and for incidental personal use of the Insured, but shall not include any automobile owned in whole or in part by or licensed in the name of the Insured or any partner, officer or employee of the Insured.

Hired Automobiles wherever used herein means land motor vehicles, trailers, or semi-trailers that the Named Member leases, hires, rents, or borrows that are designed and licensed for public road use. This does not include Mobile Equipment unless it is being towed or carried by a Covered Automobile. This does not include any Automobile the Named Member leases, hires, rents, or borrows from any of the Named Member's employees or public officials or members of their households.
