VACATIONS FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES. Em­ ployees who normally work less than thirty-two (32) hours per week must have accumulated at least eight hundred (800) hours in each year to qualify for a vacation under (a) of this Section, and must have ac­ cumulated at least four hundred (400) hours to qualify for pro rata vacation under 3rd paragraph of (a) of this Section. Said vacation in either case shall be com­ puted on the basis of the average number of hours worked per week during the periods.
VACATIONS FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES. 34 All regular part-time employees shall receive up to four (4) days vacation pay equal to their normal 35 work shift at their base rate in effect at the time the vacation is paid; provided, however, that after their 36 tenth (10th) year of service, regular part-time employees shall receive seven (7) days vacation pay. 37 Regular part-time employees shall be paid for accumulated vacation time in their June paycheck. 38 Regular part-time employees, with their supervisor's approval, and/or pursuant to the criteria set forth 39 in Section 8.1.2.1, may take time off during the school year and have it credited against vacation 40 accumulation. Vacation credit must be earned prior to use.

  • Benefits for Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee including a casual employee, and a temporary employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or part by the Hospital, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call back pay, reporting pay, responsibility allowance, jury and witness duty, bereavement pay, and maternity supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.

  • Overtime for Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee.

  • Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee is an employee who is engaged to work less than an average of 38 ordinary hours per week and whose hours of work are reasonably predictable.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.   • Compensation for Employees Employees shall receive compensation at the biweekly or hourly rate for the range and step or flat rate assigned to the class in which they are employed.
