Vacation and Vacation Credits. 39.1 (a) An employee may take vacation leave of absence only to the limit of his/her accumulated vacation credits, up to forty (40) hours per week in a normal work week. An employee may not take vacation leave of absence during his/her first six (6) months service and his/her accumulated vacation credits shall be reduced by the vacation leave of absence taken.

  • Vacation Credits All employees shall participate in the County’s Terminal Pay Plan (Plan). However, only the terminal paychecks (including unused vacation) of those employees who have reached the age of fifty-five (55) shall be placed into the Plan. These terminal paychecks shall be placed into the Plan on a pre-tax basis in accordance with the Plan, all applicable laws and all rules and regulations applicable to the Plan.

  • VACATION AND VACATION PAY 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Benefit Plan. No vacation entitlement, floating holidays, or banked time for 40-hour per week employees accrues while a member is in receipt of LTD benefits.

  • Benefits and Vacation The Executive shall be eligible to participate in such insurance programs (health, disability or life) or such other health, dental, retirement or similar employee benefits programs as the Board may approve, on a basis comparable to that available to other officers and executive employees of the Company. The Executive shall be entitled to a minimum of three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year. Vacation time may be accumulated for up to one year beyond the year for which it is accrued and may be used any time during such year. Unused vacation in any given year shall not accumulate from year to year and Employee shall not be entitled to any cash payment for, or payment in lieu of, unused vacation time.

  • Accrued Salary and Vacation On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You will receive these payments regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement.

  • Accrued Vacation It is further agreed by the parties hereto that, upon sale or transfer of ownership of any store or upon dissolution of business, vacation pay for all months worked for which no vacation pay has been given shall be immediately paid to all employees coming under this Agreement, regardless of length of time said employee has been with the Employer.
