Vacation and Paid Holidays. (a) You will be entitled to paid vacation days in accordance with the normal vacation policies of Employer in effect from time to time, provided that in no event shall you be entitled to less than twenty (20) days of paid vacation per year.

Vacation and Paid Holidays. H.4.1 Salaries paid under this Agreement and listed in Appendix A include vacation pay and paid holiday pay for the following holidays: Christmas Day Thanksgiving Day New Year’s Day Boxing Day Family Day Good Friday Easter Monday Victoria Day Canada Day Labour Day and other such days as may be specifically declared by by-law or statute.
