Provided the Employee completes an indemnity agreement holding Hydro harmless for any liability to claims arising from accidents which happen while the vehicle is being used for personal reasons, Hydro will pay the above collision and comprehensive deductible, and third party liability in excess of the above coverage, in the event of an accident involving a vehicle being used on Hydro business.
