The Established Headquarters clause defines the official location of a company's main office or principal place of business. This clause typically specifies the address or jurisdiction where the company is legally registered and conducts its central management activities. Established Headquarters. Established headquarters for the purposes of this Article shall mean the location where the employee normally works, reports for work, or the location to which he/she returns between jobs.
