TRAVELING ALLOWANCES. (a) The Employer will pay economy air fare for air travel and for other forms of travel, will pay the cost equivalent to first class standards as prevailed at the date of signing this Agreement and will pay for meals and sleeping accommodation for employees traveling to or from a job from a point of hiring or on company business.

While holding accommodation outside normal working hours the time will not be paid as time worked.   • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE (a) In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Xxxxxx

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • TRAVEL ALLOWANCES There shall be no payments for travel expenses, travel time, subsistence allowance or other such reimbursements or special pay except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Moving Allowance (a) When an employee is displaced under the provisions of this Title because of lack of work at his/her headquarters, and the employee’s new headquarters is beyond commutable distance from his/her residence, Company shall reimburse the employee for the reasonable costs incurred in connection with moving his/her household in a sum not to exceed $2,400.   • Car Allowance The Executive will be paid a $1,000 per month car allowance during the term of this Agreement.

  • Automobile Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance in the amount of $1,000.00 per month to be allocated at the Executive’s discretion, or such other monthly amount designated by the Board, and that allowance shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s general payroll practices.

  • Mileage Allowance 1. The mileage allowance is forty-four cents ($.44) per mile, or the federal rate whichever is less.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity.
