USE OF CLUB FACILITIES. I hereby acknowledge that the use of the facilities owned by the Club (“Club Facilities”) and any privilege or service incident to membership is undertaken with knowledge of risk of possible injury. I hereby accept any and all risk of injury to myself and my guests, invitees and family members sustained while using the Club Facilities or while involved in any event or activity incident to membership in the Club. In accepting the risk of injury, I acknowledge and, on behalf of my guests, invitees and family members acknowledges, that each understands that they are relieving the Club and its successors and assigns and each of its board of directors, officers, partners, employees, representatives and agents and the other members of the Club and any Club committee and all such committees’ members from any and all loss, cost, claims, injury, damages or liability sustained or incurred by myself and my guests, invitees and family members resulting from or arising out of any conduct or event connected with membership in the Club and use of any of the Club Facilities.

USE OF CLUB FACILITIES. If the Player intends to use the Club’s facilities on non-game days or outside a supervised practice session, he will inform the Club beforehand. The Club will unilaterally decide whether the Player’s activity must be supervised by the Club’s coaching staff.
USE OF CLUB FACILITIES. Management may in its sole discretion, restrict or deny use of the Club Facilities by Club Members’ guests. Further, guest use of Club Facilities is subject to the availability of the Club Facilities, and subject to the priority usage of Main Resort guests and Club Members.
USE OF CLUB FACILITIES. During the period of use the Event Organiser will be responsible and/or held liable for the following: • The good conduct of their patrons/guests. • Ensuring that members and patrons are restricted to the areas of the facility allocated for the activity. • Any damage caused to the club facility by a guests/patron/s of the Event Organiser, the cost of repairs will be invoiced to the Event Organiser. • Guests/ Patrons may not leave the facility and enter a private property in the Estate, unless permission has been made granted by the property owner/manager concerned. • Smoking is not permitted in the Club Facilities, Guests/Patrons are required to smoke at relevant designated smoking areas. This includes the use of all Vaping devices and/or any other form of smoking mechanisms. • Guest/s or Patron/s may not interfere or cause problems for other event users when the Venue is being shared. • Guest/s or patron/s or the Event Organiser may not socialise and/or be found drinking in the Clubs parking lots or near to vehicles, an immediate FINE will apply, and the Event Organiser will forfeit 100% of the DEPOSIT paid. • The Venue must be left clean and tidy after the activity and that all goods/equipment are removed from or stored at the Venue in the way it was provided after the event has ended. • If the venue is not cleaned by 10am the next day, a cleaning charge will be applicable of R1500.00 and will be deducted from your DEPOSIT. This applies to an evening event only. • Music must be turned down by 10pm and the event must end at 12am midnight, if hired for these times. • The period of use is defined as the actual hours/days as agreed on the quote provided. • If function exceeds midnight, an additional fee of R800 for bartender after hours, will be taken off your deposit.
USE OF CLUB FACILITIES. RSC agrees to provide access to the Club and the Range bay connected to the Club during the normal business hours of the Range subject to the provisions hereof and any Rules now in force or hereafter promulgated by RSC management. You acknowledge and agree that the Club and Range are not provided for the exclusive use of the Club Members and their guests. From time to time, RSC may host internal Club events, manufacturer promotions, private rentals, marketing and other events in the Club and Range during and after normal business hours of the Range. All such events and any scheduled maintenance requiring closure of the Club or Range shall be communicated to the Members in advance by e-mail and/or by posting on the Club bulletin board.
USE OF CLUB FACILITIES. For so long as Declarant owns one or more Lots, Declarant hereby reserves the right and authority, until such time as Declarant sells the last Lot or no longer owns any land for sale or development in Quail West, to use the clubhouse and other portions of the Country Club Facility for sales offices, promotions and other events to promote Quail West, and to assist in the overall marketing effort.

  • USE OF CITY FACILITIES The Association shall be permitted to use City facilities with prior Management approval for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities are available to other organizations and individuals, and to the extent that such use of the facility will not interfere with normal departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time unless other arrangements are made with management. If the use of a facility normally requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, the Association will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) or facility.

  • Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings. The Principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of such meeting.

  • Use of State Facilities Where there is available appropriate meeting space in buildings owned or leased by the State, MSEA-SEIU shall be allowed reasonable use of such space at reasonable times for specific meetings, including space suitable for meetings in private between MSEA-SEIU staff representatives or stewards and employees in the investigation and processing of grievances. In addition, in buildings owned or leased by the State that have video conferencing facilities, MSEA-SEIU may be allowed reasonable use of those facilities. Advance arrangements for the use of State facilities shall be made with the department or agency concerned. MSEA-SEIU shall reimburse the State for any additional expense incurred in allowing use of such space. No other employee organization, except such as have been certified or recognized as the bargaining agent for other State employees, shall have the right to meeting space in State facilities for purposes pertaining to terms and conditions of employment of employees. The use of State facilities for meetings shall be in non-work areas or where work is not in progress. Other than meetings in private between MSEA- SEIU staff representatives or stewards and employees in the investigation and processing of grievances, all meetings in State facilities shall be during the off- duty time of employees attending and, in all instances, attendance shall be voluntary. Arrangements for any meetings in State facilities will be made so as to avoid interference with the department's or agency's operations or violation of the department's or agency's security.

  • Use of Facilities 35.1. In situations where a competitive LEC has the use of the facilities (i.e., Local Loop) to a specific customer premise, either through resale of local service or the lease of the Local Loop as an Unbundled Network Element, and Embarq receives a good faith request for service from a customer at the same premise or from another carrier with the appropriate customer authorization, the procedures below will apply.

  • Use of University Facilities Members may use the office assigned to them in connection with such professionally-related activities as preparation of professional manuscripts and materials, scholarly endeavors, approved consultancies, and service to professional associations, schools, or other groups or agencies for whom such service is appropriate. Upon request, faculty may use laboratories and studios for non-sponsored research and other scholarly activity. Upon request, faculty may use meeting rooms and other physical facilities for professionally-related groups subject to availability and prevailing policies of the University governing use of facilities. The facilities of the TRC, Print Shop, computer labs and the use of University equipment are available to the faculty in connection with professional writing, research, or approved service projects subject to availability and to reimbursement at prevailing rates charged by the University.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Developer Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.

  • Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.
