Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be the chief financial and accounting officer of the Trust, and shall, subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and to any arrangement made by the Trustees with a custodian, investment adviser or manager, or transfer, shareholder servicing or similar agent, be in charge of the valuable papers, books of account and accounting records of the Trust, and shall have such other duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or by the President.

Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be the Chief Financial Officer, shall have the custody of the corporate funds and securities, shall keep complete and accurate accounts of all receipts and disbursements of the Corporation, and shall deposit all monies and other valuable effects of the Corporation in its name and to its credit in such banks and other depositories as may be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors. The Treasurer shall disburse the funds of the Corporation, taking proper vouchers and receipts for such disbursements, and shall render to the Board of Directors, at its regular meetings, or when the Board of Directors so requires, an account of all his or her transactions as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Corporation. The Treasurer shall, when and if required by the Board of Directors, give and file with the Corporation a bond, in such form and amount and with such surety or sureties as shall be satisfactory to the Board of Directors, for the faithful performance of his or her duties as Treasurer. The Treasurer shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as the Board of Directors or the President shall from time to time prescribe.
Treasurer. The Treasurer, if that office be created and filled, shall have charge and custody of, and be responsible for, all funds and securities of the Company, receive and give receipts for monies due and payable to the Company from any source whatsoever, and deposit all such monies in the name of the Company in such banks, trust companies and other depositories as shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.1, and in general, perform all the duties incident to the office of Treasurer of a Delaware corporation and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to such person by the Chairman, the President or the Board. If required by the Board, the Treasurer shall give a bond for the faithful discharge of such officer’s duties in such sum and with such surety or sureties as the Board shall determine.
Treasurer. The Treasurer shall have custody of the Company funds and securities and shall keep or cause to be kept full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books of the Company to be maintained for such purpose; shall deposit all moneys and other valuable effects of the Company in the name and to the credit of the Company in depositories designated by the Manager or the Board; and shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Manager or the Board.
Treasurer. Subject to the authority of any Vice President charged with the responsibility for the Company's finances, the Treasurer shall have the custody of corporate funds and securities, shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books of the Company and shall deposit all moneys and other value in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Board. The Treasurer shall render to the President and directors, whenever they may require it, an account of his or her transactions as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Company. The Treasurer may delegate any of his or her duties, powers and authorities to one or more Assistant Treasurers unless such delegation is disapproved by the Board.

The books of account shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection by any Trustee. The Treasurer shall deposit all monies and other valuables in the name and to the credit of the Trust with such depositaries as may be designated by the Board of Trustees. He or she shall disburse the funds of the Trust as may be ordered by the Trustees, shall render to the President and Trustees, whenever they request it, an account of all of his or her transactions as chief financial officer and of the financial condition of the Trust and shall have other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Trustees or these By-Laws.

Treasurer. The Treasurer shall keep or cause to be kept the books of account of the Company and shall render statements of the financial affairs of the Company in such form and as often as required by this Agreement, the Board or a President. The Treasurer, subject to the order of the Board, shall have the custody of all funds and securities of the Company. The Treasurer shall perform the usual and customary duties and have the powers that pertain to such office and exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as are delegated to him by the Chief Executive Officer or a President or as may be prescribed by the Board from time to time.
Treasurer. The Treasurer shall have charge and custody of, and be responsible for, all funds, securities and notes of the Corporation; receive and give receipts for moneys due and payable to the Corporation from any sources whatsoever; deposit all such moneys and valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Corporation in such depositaries as may be designated by the Board; against proper vouchers, cause such funds to be disbursed by checks or drafts on the authorized depositaries of the Corporation signed in such manner as shall be determined by the Board and be responsible for the accuracy of the amounts of all moneys so disbursed; regularly enter or cause to be entered in books or other records maintained for the purpose full and adequate account of all moneys received or paid for the account of the Corporation; have the right to require from time to time reports or statements giving such information as the Treasurer may desire with respect to any and all financial transactions of the Corporation from the officers or agents transacting the same; render to the President or the Board, whenever the President or the Board shall require the Treasurer so to do, an account of the financial condition of the Corporation and of all financial transactions of the Corporation; disburse the funds of the Corporation as ordered by the Board; and, in general, perform all duties incident to the office of Treasurer of a corporation and such other duties as may from time to time be assigned to the Treasurer by resolution of the Board or by the President.
Treasurer. The Treasurer shall receive, keep and disburse all moneys belonging to or coming to the Company, shall keep regular, true and full accounts of all receipts and disbursements, and make detailed reports thereof, shall keep a true record of expenses, losses, gains, assets, and liabilities of the Company, and shall perform such other duties in connection with the administration of the financial affairs of the Company as the Member, or the President, may designate. In the case of the Treasurer’s absence or incapacity, the President may designate an appropriate officer to perform the duties of the Treasurer.
