Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be the chief financial and accounting officer of the Trust, and, subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and to any arrangement made by the Trustees with a custodian, investment adviser or manager, or transfer, shareholder servicing or similar agent, shall be in charge of the valuable papers, books of account and accounting records of the Trust, and shall have such other duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or by the President.

Treasurer. The Treasurer shall have custody of the Company funds and securities and shall keep or cause to be kept full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books of the Company to be maintained for such purpose; shall deposit all moneys and other valuable effects of the Company in the name and to the credit of the Company in depositories designated by the Manager or the Board; and shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Manager or the Board.

If required by the Board, the Treasurer shall give a bond for the faithful discharge of such officer’s duties in such sum and with such surety or sureties as the Board shall determine.
Treasurer. (a) The Treasurer shall exercise general supervision over the receipt, custody and disbursement of corporate funds. The Treasurer shall cause the funds of the Company to be deposited in such banks as may be authorized by the Board, or in such banks as may be designated as depositories in the manner provided by resolution of the Board. The Treasurer shall, in general, perform all duties incident to the office of the Treasurer and shall have such further powers and duties and shall be subject to such directions as may be granted or imposed from time to time by the Board.

Treasurer. The Treasurer shall receive, keep and disburse all moneys belonging to or coming to the Company, shall keep regular, true and full accounts of all receipts and disbursements, and make detailed reports thereof, shall keep a true record of expenses, losses, gains, assets, and liabilities of the Company, and shall perform such other duties in connection with the administration of the financial affairs of the Company as the Member, or the President, may designate. In the case of the Treasurer’s absence or incapacity, the President may designate an appropriate officer to perform the duties of the Treasurer.

The Treasurer shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Board of Managers, taking proper vouchers for such disbursements, and shall render to the President and the Board of Managers, at its regular meetings, or when the Board of Managers so requires, an account of all transactions as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Company. If required by the Board of Managers, the Treasurer shall give the Company a bond in such sum and with such surety or sureties as shall be satisfactory to the Board of Managers for the faithful performance of the duties of the office of the Treasurer and for the restoration to the Company, in case of the Treasurer’s death, resignation, retirement or removal from office, of all books, papers, vouchers, money and other property of whatever kind in the Treasurer’s possession or under the Treasurer’s control belonging to the Company.

The Treasurer shall disburse the funds of the LLC as may be ordered by the Member, taking proper vouchers for such disbursements, and shall render to the Member, at its regular meetings or when the Member so requires, an account of all of the Treasurer’s transactions and of the financial condition of the LLC.
Treasurer. The Treasurer, if elected, shall have responsibility for the custody and control of all the funds and securities of the Company, and he shall have such other powers and duties as designated in this Agreement and as from time to time may be assigned to him by the managers. He shall perform all acts incident to the position of Treasurer, subject to the control of the President and the managers; and he shall, if required by the managers, give such bond for the faithful discharge of his duties in such form as the managers may require.
